Damage Deposit

All machines (Snowmobiles & UTV / ATV’s) require a damage deposit to be put on a client’s credit card.  The amount is $2000.00 – per machine.  All risk to renter, any damage above the damage deposit amount is the responsibility of the client.

Rental Procedures

All equipment is subject to pre-payment.  All equipment will undergo an inspection before and after any rental period to ensure the safe and proper operation of each unit leaves in proper condition and returns in the same way.  For each rental the damage deposit will be held for 5-7 days to allow the rental agent time to inspect the unit for damages before it is rented to another client.  You may request to be at the inspection however the inspection maybe the following morning, due to the busy schedule of the rental agents.

Damaged Equipment Policies

Any equipment returned damaged will undergo a full mechanical inspection.  All damaged equipment will be picked up and delivered to a repair shop to be inspected by a certified mechanic and a repair quote given with the total cost of parts, labor, retrieval costs and taxes.  Charges for damages will be deducted from the clients damage deposit, remainder of damage deposit will be reimbursed to client’s card after all damages are repaired.  Any damages resulting in costs above the damage deposit are the responsibility of the client to set up a payment method. The repair quote will be emailed to the client as proof of repair.

Reservations  /  Canceled bookings / No shows

All reservations require a booking fee of $50 per machine booked, per day of booking (ie: 1 snowmobile booked for 1 day requires a $50 booking deposit).  Any Reservations that cancel will automatically loose the booking deposit.  This is non refundable.  Reservations that do not cancel or do not show before 11 am will lose the reservation and will be charged for the full day rental plus the remainder of the booking deposit.

Rental Times

All rental equipment can be picked up @ 9 am on your first day of rental.  It must be returned by 9 am on the last day of your rental period.  No refunds for early rentals.  All rentals are for 24hrs (9 am – 9am the following day).  If your machine is returned late there will be a $100 per hr late fee charged in addition the any rental charges.  Please call ahead to your point of pickup if you are running late.  Special conditions may be set up ahead of time if requested, such as late pick up or return.  Such conditions may result in extra charges.

Important Information

All Prices are in Canadian dollars.  All prices are plus applicable taxes.  We accept all major credit cards for methods of payment.

All clients and participants are informed of the risks and dangers. Including death and injury, associated with guided trips and or UTV / ATV and snowmobile rentals.  You will be required to read, understand and sign a waiver, assumption of risk and indemnity agreement to participate or rent.

Minimum age for operating an UTV / ATV or snowmobile is 16 yrs of age.  Minimum age for signing a waiver is 19 yrs of age.  Any participant who is under 19 yrs of age needs to be accompanied by a parent or guardian in order that decisions made will include the wishes of the parent or guardian who will sign the wavier in the name of the minor participant.
